For those of you who have attended our events in the past, you may remember that every company in attendance received an entire page with some basic details plus space for notes.  As our events continue to grow in size, this format has resulted in our meeting books becoming too thick, and as a result we have had to make a change.

Please note: 2025 Malta will be the first year that every company does not receive a full page with space for notes!

Every company will still be included in the book with the countries represented, plus attendee photos and contact information. However, pages will be shared by multiple companies with reduced space for note taking to cut down on the number of pages in the book. 

For this reason, you may want to give strong consideration to the Full Note Page w Ad sponsorship, only $500.00

This give you one full page to tell any story you wish: focus on your specializations, distinguish your company from competitors, send members home with your message.  You will also have the page next to it with the same attendee information that all members will receive plus space for note taking.  

This is the perfect way to elevate your presence in the meeting book above the basic offering, and also send all of your meetings home with the message you want them to remember.  We all know how unreliable people's note taking can be!
